need a shaft?

Launch angle 15.5*
Total yards: 270
Ball velocity: 148
Spin: 2450**
Power Transfer Ratio: 148

Guys i need help in picking a shaft that will lower my launch angle and increase my spin??? Any help or suggestions PLEASE!

Im having a really hard time, your LM numbers seem to be really close to really good and I just don't think changing shafts will deliver the improvements you are looking for. If you switch to a lower launching shaft, you probably end up with a lower spinning shaft.

i have been considering VS Proto, Fubuki, Prolaunch Plantinium.

Why change anything? High launch low spin is where it's at man. You've pretty much got an efficient setup there. 270 total is nothing to snuff at.

You're numbers are pretty much the same as mine. 258 carry, 270 total on the LM. I've got higher ball speeds and a little higher spin.

Yes but thats with roll out..... and as we know its like monitors think fairways are rock hard or something. I believe my carry distance isnt sufficent to get that total number here where i live. Mostly moist type bermudda fairways.

Hmmm, I found that the LM I was on was really pretty accurate. I got a sky caddie and started verifying my yardages.

If it's carry you're after, then don't change your launch angle.

Smash factor and spin look great. Hate to say it but it looks like a higher swing speed will be your only room for improvement.

if you want more carry, why do you want to lower your launch angle?

i thin kits getting misunderstood.. i would like to bring down my flight to optimum 12.5-14* and my spin up! Because i feel with that spin number (2450) that my ball is fallign out of the sky to quickly...thus not carrying or staying in the air long enough.??

You're not really losing that much carry by having the spin at 2450 with a 15.5* launch angle. If you got your spin up to 3000, you may see 10 carry yards, but really, it's not worth it as any shots into the wind will suffer worse.

ok. i greatly appreciate all your help.... if i was going to play around with the numbers of these shafts which would you try. VS Proto, Fubuki, Plantinum Prolaunch?

searching for "optimum numbers" based on LM metrics can prove to be an exercise for the sake of exercise (chasing your tail) for 6-7 yds of carry?

focus on another part of the game that shows up on the scorecard.
