Guys, these clubs are not Nike's. This guy has just painted over them and then painted a Nike swoosh on the back.

Nice pics. Those may be the best pics I have ever seen of Nike protos. Most of the time, no one bothers to take pics of the sole at that angle and you really do not get an idea of the head size. Good job.

I cleaned up this thread a little. NO PERSONNEL ATTACKS please.

They look to be a prototype Nike Split cavity back heads. However I have never seen a satin set that wasnt refinished. Caution.

If yo do a search for Nike split or something like that on our site you should fina a lot of info.

Yes, it is true, these have been available to tour pros for several years. However, if you are really desperate to get some, take a look at the miura CB 201 irons. To me, they are almost identical and, guess what, forged at the same place....

Actually, I believe they are based off the Japanese Miura set CB-1005's.

And I have a set of Splits, but not satin. Just in case it's questioned.

They're nowhere near the B-stone J33's, except for the fact they look a bit similar.

That is an AMAZING set!!! A Nike Split Cavity set with a FULL CB 3-iron. That is the first of its kind I have seen.

Funny these are so talked avout every year as being the most desirable and hardest to get iron. Now they are truley obsolete since Nike is no longer making them and rumors that there arte NO more in stock, period..

And you always here mention to the Miura Cb 201 or 1005 and let me say they are in NO WAY alike. Trust me the Cavities and muscle in the Splits is hands down different. Looks are different palaybility is different They are much better constructed and feeling!

Now the Full Cavity, well that is another story....The softest I have hit...And if you like 1-2mm sticks they are for you

I have had 2 of these sets before. One of them had "Trev" written on the hozel and were modified to have additional offset. The next set I had was less offset. The only reason why I dont have them in the bag is the 8,9, and PW have that "Japanese" look to them. Biggish and rounded looking heads on the short irons. More so than the traditional look we see today. Also the offset on those shorter irons didn't fit the eye. Just my opinion. However the feeling these heads give you when you hit them are second only to the old Firesole forged in my opinion. I have never felt anything as soft.

They are a Miura forged Nike prototype made for a few players. Obviously some still play them. Stewart Cink and a few others.

Anyone recognize this guy??? Here are some pics from the Bell Canadian Open...
