G10 0r G15 Driver????

What do the guys who play them say????

I have hit the G10 great driver with the Red Graf. shaft. I havent hit the G15, question is which is the better driver? I know the G10 is good but would like to hear the diffrence's,



I'm going to buy one or the other???? Dont want to get the wrong G..

The G10 with a V2 in it is one sexy stick. I've seen quite a few pop up lately.

I thougth we would see the G15 guys add to the post! maybe no one is happy with the G15??

Unless you play both heads with identical shafts, it's hard to truly compare.

That said, I've owned several G10 combos and currently have tried two G15 combos (with two more on the way) and I believe the G15 is a little more forgiving. The G10 with the PL Red is still the longest setup I've ever played but I hate the feel of the PL Red. So, I'm now onto trying to find the right shaft for the G15. Hence the reason I'm onto my 4th setup.

However, either of these heads (with the correct shaft based on your swing profile) is going to get you good results.

I agree, both have great feel and good distance but I would say that G15 is definitely more forgiving.

G15 is more forgiving. It has a bigger face area. It also feels and sounds better than the G10.. Not sure if it is the Serrano shaft... But if you can get a G10 with Diamana, that will be a good stick. However I play a Rapture V2 with Diamana.. the rapture V2 for me is longer, feels better and more forgiving than both the G10 and G15. Hope this helps.

I tried the G15 at Edwin Watts yesterday. Of all the 2010 releases so far this is by far the best for me. I usually perform bad on indoor sims. Maybe it's a mental thing but the G15 was sweet. Very nice feel and far lnger than the others. They had all models available. I did not try them all but I did try TM,Adams, Titelist, cobra, callaway and ping. I did not get to try Nike or the ping rapture v2. My swing speed was 12 mph faster and the yardage was 15 to 18 yards longer. I plan to pick up the 9* and replace the shaft with a Kai'li stiff 60.

I have the G10 9 degrees / didn't care for the stock prolaunch and a great local clubfitter here in Kansas City (Golf MD) had me try Fujikura rombax 6x07...stiff but with a little bit softer tip for the old school smooth swingers out there who can't kill hit like the kids...and what a difference... so much more workable..
