ummmm where in arizona? Scottsdale is kinda the mecca for top 100 teachers west of the mighty miss

Ritter has a website and I think he might be a little pricey, but has a good reputation. I go to Matt Trimble down at ASU Karsten and he's been fantastic. Being a visual learner, it's nice to have the use of video equipment and the computer programs he uses. Also, he can burn the lesson to dvd for you so you can take it home and revisit what you learned. Ritter teaches there at the same facility.

I second going to see Jeff Ritter I just finished up a 10 series lesson plan with him. He is a great teacher and he always has some creative drills to get you in the right direction. He completly changed my game around and i am going to start another series of lessons with him very soon. The facility at ASU is also very nice the indoor teaching center has a hitting bay with cameras at all angles. Jeff gets you on video and at the end send the video to your email so you can watch it at home as much as you want to. Give him a call.

I've been thinking about Ritter given I like his videos and I live like 2 blocks from Karstens.
Did you guys just cover different things you were having trouble with each of the 10 lessons or did he create like a specific plan of attack for your overall game?
Majority of sessions inside using video or outside?
What's you handicap?

For me he started off by showing me what i was doing wrong in the full swing. Gave me drills to do in between lessons. Next session we went over it and kept trying to improve. We worked short game on a couple occasions. Bunker play, chip shots, putting. All sessions usually start outside to warm up them we go inside and he takes video then back outside to do more work. He then sends you the video he has taken and he talks through it so you can hear and see while at home. For me now most of our lessons focus on the thing i still havent fixed. Standing up through the swing and an extremly shut club face. When i first went and saw Jeff i was shooting high 90's to low 100's and this past week i shot 71 and a 79. Dont have a hanicapp but that alone tells me something is working.
