B330 Promo Free Shirt and Hat with 2 Dozen Balls Purchased

But where can I find the form to send it for the rebate?

I purchased 2 Dozen B330 balls yesterday from Golf Galaxy to qualify myself for their advertised promotion of a free Bridgestone Shirt and Hat. The store did not have any rebate form for me to submit. Does anyone know where to find one? I have searched the Bridgestone and Golf Galaxy sites and I also did a search on google, all came up with nothing. Help....anyone?????

The promotion does not start until May 1, but for some reason GG promoted it in their circular, same with 3 dozen Lady IQ/Sundog sunglasses promotion. Hold on to your receipt and UPC's and you should be able to find the promo slips in a few days.

Don't know this for a fact, but I was there this evening and the guy in the next lane was inquiring to the cashier. She told him the promo didn't start until 5.1. I left before the conversation was resolved.

Should be interesting to see how GG either hides or figures a way to have this promo honored for customers.

FIY...the best price I've seen on Bridgestones are at Games People Play. $34.95 for a dozen B330 S (usually $40 or above). Picking up a couple more myself.

I bought my B330RX's on 4/24/10 @ Dicks & at the time I didn't realize the starting date.I took the receipt back & they printed me a new one on 5/1/10-The offer doesn't apply to purchases made online though.
