Project X 5.5 graphite Driver shaft AWESOME!!!

For those of you who want to know of a good shaft.... the Project X 5.5 graphite Driver shaft is Great!, I have a 92-100mph swing speed.. this shaft loads and unloads BOMBS!!! I'm so happy I finally found something I like.. would recomend it to anyone in that swingspeed Range.

I just ordered on of these for my 910D2, hope it fits my 96-101 swing. I demoed the 6.0 and they are nice feeling shafts.

I average 100 swing speed and have the 5.5 in a G15, its the best combo I've ever had in a driver!

Throw in one more +1 for the slower swingers who love the PX 5.5. I have the 7D3 in my 910 and it is the best driver I have had in years.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the frequency of the 7D3 is not 5.5

How would you guys describe or compare the feel of this? Comparable to a blueboard or boardy like a RIP? I am all about feel and I am in this category, 95 ss so this may be perfect for me.

Just got the D3 with the 7D3 in 6.0. My ss is around 100 mph now, and with the 5.5 I lost some accuracy and the 6.0 felt great. If I could've controlled the 5.5 I would have gone with that. And I agree that it felt better than the RIP. Great shaft, and really underrated. Ordered a 910F with one too.

Does the Project X shaft load better than the Ahina?
My SS is 95-100 and sometimes have problems loading the Ahina Stiff.
Would the 7D3 be worth a try? Im prob going to try it at a demo day next weekend.

Same swing speed here. I just tried the G15 with their Project X 6.5. What a great shaft. I could swing as hard as I wanted and this shaft went high and straight. Felt great to.

The Px 6.0 was a bit too soft for me my ss is 110 .Anyone interested in a PX 6.0 with a r9-11 tip I got a mint one for sale ?

Installed a 5.5 in a Hibore XL 9.5. Had my first range session with it, impact was very consistent, ball flight was long, straight and high. I may try the same shaft in a 8.5 head. SS 97-101. Shaft felt great.

I haven't hit a blueboard. However, I don't find the RIP boardy at all, I love them. IMO one of the best shafts in the market.

Agreed. We both could handle the the 7.0, but we'd be trying to kill it everytime. The 6.5 is the perfect flex for somoene in the 108-112 range.

To ressurrect an old thread... My SS is around 95mph. I used a 6.0 on my vr pro all last year. Just feels too stiff, hard to draw, when I do its very low. Found a 5.5 on the bay, think this would help out draw and flight??? Im a 10 hcp and cant hit it pretty well

Oh my driver loft is 10.5 set neutral. Usually getting a negative AOA.
