Speeder vs. V2 in 905R

Has anybody tried both of these shafts in the 905R? I currently have the speeder in mine, but I hit the V2 in a simulator in Golf Galaxy and I like it as well. It seems that the V2 launches a little higher. The V2 was a little longer in the simulator. I have a SS of 115 mph and I do like a shaft with a little weight. What are you suggestions???

the v.2 75 in the same flex - will like you said- offer a higher launch - but still flat enogh to allow for nice roll. and also might offer better tip feel than the 757 speeder which can sometimes feel very firm.. great shaft for the money>> v.2 and it does perform very nice in the titleist head.

I entensively demoed both and ultimately chose the Speeder b/c I liked the fact that it was a little stiffer in the tip. The V2 is a great shaft, and definitely launched higher. Really, it came down to personal preference. I still may end up getting another 905R with the V2 in it and choose my driver for the day based on how hard the wind in blowing.

I currently have the 905R 9.5* in a V-2 stiff replacing a R510TP 9.5* with a 757 Speeder stiff and used to have a back up of a 905T 9.5* with the Titleist Speeder stiff. My swing speed is the same as yours. I thought that the 905R was launching the ball too high and until I started looking at where the ball was ending up on the fairways. It is very impressive as to length and does seem to launch higher. The 510TP was in the bag for a long time for a driver and felt great and performed greater until............... I wanted to like the 905T but we were never able to get things going together very well and it stayed as a second stringer. I am well pleased with the V-2 and would recommend it highly.
