Time for some 9-3 drills?

My swing lately has been pretty inconsistent. If I'm swinging with a casual tempo (not fast), I usually hit it pretty straight & sometimes with a slight draw. 2 weeks ago I played in a tournament & developed a really bad push to the right. A week ago that started turning into a fade/slice with the occasional pull hook. I figured I'm coming down across the ball outside-in.

I played this weekend & had a pretty good front 9, shooting 37, then a horrible back 9, shooting 50. Mainly due to bad yardages & a 10 on a par 5 due to 2 shots OB. I was pretty much back to normal as far as hitting, but did start missing to the right on the back 9 more. The problem got better, but it's obviously still there & I'm sure some rounds will be worse than others.

I stopped by the range on the way home from work yesterday & took a few vids with my iPhone. Sorry for the poor position, it was the best I could do.

Strangely enough, most of my shots on the range were good, dead straight or a slight draw. Looking at the video, though, I see an obvious problem... I'm casting, or unhinging my wrists way too early. I'm thinking some 9-3 drills are in my future. What's baffling me is that I hit it pretty straight, even though I'm obviously casting. This tells me that I'm probably doing something else wrong to compensate (not sure what), & if I fix the cast, that other thing wrong is going to cause bad shots. I'd like to get some overall feedback to see what I'm missing.

You need to brace your right knee at setup by kicking your right knee down and in .You must maintain this brace all the the way to the top of the backswing.

Drills to help casting
1. Buy a swingyde.when using it you must maintain the angle of the wrist set during transition a t the beginning of the downswing
2 punisher drill-search for this on golfwrx.select "Is this anti flipping drill,pictures included".1/2 swings at 1/2 speed.Pad the extended shaft to avoid rib injury

I'm not sure what you mean by bracing the right knee. For me in that swing, my right knee is the one in the back furthest from the target. Moving it down & in seems kinda awkward.

Right knee for a rightie like you.This brace is going to help you create the necessary elastic tension at the top of the backswing.

Been a while, but I took some more videos of myself this weekend. It's obvious I'm swaying my hips & flipping my hands:

The good thing is my timing seems to be pretty good right now so I'm hitting it relatively well most of the time. There are occasional swings where I push fade or pull hook it. I understand why too. I agree the punisher drill should help a lot (or beat me up in the process), but it seems like it's going to take a lot of work. I'm hesitant to start mid-season. I'm thinking about waiting until fall/winter, unless somebody can convince me the changes won't be that drastic?
