please help - nike tour/rare?

hi there everyone, could you help me out at all. Ive seen these irons on ebay uk this week and I would like to know if anyone can throuw some light onto them? Are they a tour issue? have you ever seen them before, are they fake?

never seen raw nike blades on tour..

 

my guess right off hand is they are retail blades ( judging from the size of the muscle ) and they have been stripped of the chrome and white paintfill was added.

Chad Campbell has raw nike irons, I have never seen the raw blades before, but Nike definitely produces raw iron heads. It is really hard to tell whether they are 'tour' or not due to the fact that they were probably refinished (if they were retail at one point). Really nice looking set of irons reguardless.

just a random observation but the swoosh paint looks a little too good for some old rusty raw wedges. could easily be wrong tho...

impact marks on the left one look too high and close to the heal / one on right teh impact marks seems a little high and more towards teh toe which would would say they weren't fitted that well meaning prob not tour. still honestly I have no clue

The swooshes seem to pop out of the screen...definitely don't look like they are in the swoosh...someone just used photoshop and made it like that.

True. When I first looked at them the swoosh just looked like it is was enhanced with photoshop, that is it.

eeech, it's your call dude. for all the reasons I said including what appear to be the impact marks I'd pass. What's the price?.......for 10 bucks each then yeah sure / 200$ total then no way.

 

 

the muscle is low too. did they ever make ones with this low of a muscle?

The ferrules indicate a cut and paste reshaft. Sloppy workmanship.
