Nike One Tour/D

Help me choose!

Hey guys, hoping someone can help me out on this one...with the Nike One Tour/Tour D....

1. Which one is softer?
2. Which one will have a higher trajectory?

I have been playing the PD Soft balls because at the local shop they were ridiculously cheap but I want to get a dozen of "tour level" balls (from LGB) and see how they play...so any help would be great thanks guys

I can't speak for the regular Tours...sorry. But I have 10 dozen D's I like them but don't love them. They are a soft ball I think even though the tour is supposedly softer. The trajectory for me is above average. The D's should give you a touch more distance than the tour balls. For me(like I said I have only played the D's) they don't give me any more distance than my beloved B330 RX. I don't have much problem gettin them to check up on the greens either. Wow I might be talking myself into these...no no I cant play nike. All in all though these are good balls and you should be able to get a good deal on some.

Tons of threads about it...the Tour is a 4 piece ball and will spin more, similar to a ProV1. The Tour D is a 3 piece ball with a little less spin, similar to a ProV1x. Both Nike balls have plenty of spin, but they feel harder off the face than the respective Titleist balls, but are a little more durable.

But feel is a little subjective, so what I consider to be soft feeling could be different than what you think. For me, the ProV1 feels a lot softer than the ProV1x, and the Tour feels a little softer than the Tour D. But the Tour still feels a little harder than the ProV1x...does that make sense?

Both Nike models are a good ball...and even more so if you can pick them up cheap.

One Tour - 4-piece, higher overall spin, softer cover, higher compression than the Tour D
One Tour D - 3-piece, lower overall spin, harder cover, lower compression than the Tour

havent tried it yet but i bought a dozen of one tour d for $20 at my local golfsmith last week.
gonna give it a try this weekend and see if i want to buy more.
for $20 a dozen, if it's any better than callaway hx diablo tour, im gonna grab every dozen they have.
