PING Headquarters

Has anyone visited the PING headquarters in Phoenix to get a fitting? Was it worth it? What was the process like, and how did you schedule a fitting? Cost?

 

Seriously considering it for new irons, and wanted the opinions of others who did. I live in Vegas, and there's only one place that has the nFlight system, and I've never been there before so I figure might as well just go straight to the manufacturer.

Fitting=free

Its a first come first serve basis, so no scheduling

My dad just went and was fit for G20 irons, there is no charge and you just show up. It can be a little hard to find if your not from the area, it just looks like a regular group of manufacturing shops from the road.

i was wondering what a factory fitting was like also. i've been fit at callaway in vegas several times and feel like it was very worthwhile being inside then going outside to watch ballflight and feel i was fit very well.but now im thinking about switching to ping and will be in az. in a couple of weeks, so tell us please!

Like others said it is free you can go as often as you like and it never takes more than an hour to get in and you can hit every possible combo. You can also get fit for a putter as well. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I stop by there and hit diffderent setups sometimes it saves me from having to ho some clubs haha

The fitting is indoors. The only way to get fit by the custom fitting department on the tour range is to have a local Ping rep set you up. Each one has only a limited number of opportunities each year so you better know somebody!
