The larger frame of the bushnell series allow me to acquire the range must faster than the small frame of the Leupold... I am going through the same decision as my old bushnell just died. I have ordered the new 1M, don't think I will be sorry.

I used to own the GX3 (i left it on the fairway and never got it back), but when i had it, i was having trouble getting accurate readings at the flag. I also had problems getting readings early in the morning, ( I live in Los Angeles), and it doesn't get that foggy here in the morning.



So i went to my pro shop over the weekend and tested out the Pro 1M at the store and compared it side by side with the new gx3i, hands down the Pro 1M was easier to aim than the smaller gx3i. And at the risk of losing it again next time, i think the bulkier Pro 1M with the white paint would be much easier to spot on a fairway when you accidentally leave it there (due to cart path only rule).



I haven't tried the Pro 1M yet on the course, but i do like the fact that it's easier to aim and it now has the red display like the gx3's. I do like the smaller size, but for me personally the white paint and the bigger unit might be eaiser for me to spot next time i leave it on a fairway

Now that the 1M has been on a market for a few months, anyone have any real-world comparisons?
