I play with the same gofers a number of times throughout the year. Last time out 70 degrees I was getting out drove by two guys that I'm typically longer than. Could it be the e6 ball that I was playing or did both of them at the same time get longer?

Some of my friends are "gofers" too.
I thought the E6 was a decent long ball. Maybe not if it's an older model E6. I try different balls and never noticed one model that is noticeably longer then another. Unless they were using illegal balls which I have noticed go longer then I would say they got longer or you got shorter.

I thought the E6 was a decent long ball. Maybe not if it's an older model E6. I try different balls and never noticed one model that is noticeably longer then another. Unless they were using illegal balls which I have noticed go longer then I would say they got longer or you got shorter.

 

I'm assuming that since you are correcting someones spelling, you know the difference between the usage of "then" and "than"

 

I play the 2011 E6 from time to time when the greens are not so hard, and find this ball very long. My guess is your friends are getting better, or you had a bad swing day. Been there.

e6 didn't do for it me. I don't think it works for higher SS.

Not true, E6 is lower compression than even the E5.
