Looking at maybe getting this driver but have no way to try it out before getting it. Tried I do a search but can't find much about it on here. So want to get feedback on it from the golfwrx community. Im a 3 handicap with and avg ss of about 95-100 mph, and my current driver is an 8.5 Adams fast 12ls with fujikura Moore speeder 6.2 stiff. I will probaly be gettin it with the ahina 60s in 8.5 loft. What can I expect the differences to be in terms of ball flight, launch, spin, dispersion, an forgiveness. Is the 415 cc head forgiving? Is the head neutral or fade bias?

i had the bridgestone J33 and J38 and 2 tourstage Viq mx---all 460cc...

i liked the tourstages the most...the J33 and J38 were also good but the shafts did not totally agree with me..

one Viq had a tourstage tv-48a R flex shaft and the other had a tv-50 S flex shaft.....

i also liked the headshapes of the tourstage Viq and J33 the most....the J38 looked too big to me..

my gamer is now a 10* GIGA XF 07 with a mamiya OP HXL(made in japan) s-flex shaft...

it's an older model but still a goodie!!

i'd have some concern that the tourstage is closer to actual loft while the adams is not. you may have trouble getting the tourstage on your preferred trajectory if this is the case.
[/quote] i currently play the adams set on .5 lower loft, but not sure what the actual loft is

Tourstage/Bridgestone drivers are know for low spin rates, especially the smaller the head is. They tend to have deeper faces. I would really reconsider your choice of an 8.5* head based on your 95-100mph, unless you are looking to play under the wind with only 200 yds of carry and all roll

i'd be willing to bet that even on that setting your adam's actual loft is still above 9*. most usdm's are higher than stated loft by 1.2-1.5*.

I gamed it most of last season. Had the ahina in it, but swapped it out for a Miyazaki Dromos and the dispersion was tighter. Its not an easy club to hit, but it's very pleasing to the eye. The feel is amazing, but the distance is not any better or worse than any domestic club. For your swing speed, I'd suggest the 445 might be easier to hit. Good luck.

Well for starters, your launch, ball flight, and spin is gonna be lower going from the Speeder 6.2 (non TS) to the Ahina.

I have hit the J40 430 and in my humble opinion, it's the best driver head of 2012. If you're looking at reconsidering,it'll serve you very well.

The answer to better golf is work your butt off and learn how to hit it better, farther, and make more putts.

Early in hand photos of the new GT2 models t the truck.  As soon as they show up on the range in player's bags we'll get some better from the top photos and hopefully some comparison photos against the last model.
