Looks legit, and if you pay with pay pal there shouldnt be an issue.

looks like a retail TP head with one of those ugly lime green things in it, but they are suppose to increase distance by 60 yards

no no no...you can't even hit this combo...the ball speed is sooooo fast, the ball vaporizes at 600 yrds...

oh wait...there is a new TM driver coming out and new Apache shafts???

Never mind above...this NEW combo actually implants a computer chip INTO the ball, making it a heat seeking projectile...simply point and shoot...

huh??? a new TM driver and ANOTHER $1000 shaft??? and this time you got a $1000 fitting?????????

strike all that above...you put this combo in your bag and NOW you don't actually have to go play golf...you hit the ball off the first tee and it WARPS you to the 1 ft. putt on the 18th for your 5 under par...

Looks like the seller has listed "another one".

It's amazing--not only does the seller have an identical club for sale, but the seller's buddy even stood in the same position in the background image for both listings! :crazy:

Now, it could be that this is legit and the seller really had two of these clubs but didn't bother taking pictures of the second one or it could be that the deal fell through, but, I don't think I'm ready to believe either of those reasons. I've seen too many deals go bad lately and this seems too good to be true.

Looks like someone beating you to the buy-it-now might not have been such a bad thing.

I asked the guy to send me pics of the hosel and face. Here is the pic of the hosel. What do you guys think about this? I called TM and they didn't have any record of it but they also said that they don't track tour products. I wasn't quite sure what that serial # was. Again, what do you guys think of this? Do tour heads have retail serials in addition to the TXXXXX on the hosel?

well it looks as if im picking up a 460 tp w/ altus...please post your comments or PM meif you think im throwing my money away with this deal. ive talked to the owner of it on the phone and seems as if he knows what hes talking about. i just wish i couldve examined it before dropping this type of dough. pm me or post if you have any comments or worries for me

Not the best ferrule finishing I have ever seen. There are plenty threads on what is/isn't a tour serial number. Taylor Made told me that all their tour issued products start with a T, and that they track them all as there is no warranty (or different warranty) with them. This looks like retail to me but I am no expert and I am sure others can verify this. I would be very careful. If you look at his ebay negs it just rings a few alarm bells wrt his integrity to me. If he had 2 auctions with the same pictures that is a massive no-no to me. Good luck. I hope it turns out well.

he had two auctions with the same page because the other buyer backed out. i contacted the other buyer as well. the seller told me the same thing over the phone. im going to try contacting tm again because i forgot to try one last combination of that third character on the hosel that i couldnt quite make-out.

Act in haste, repent in leisure. There is too much "stuff" going on in this potential transaction. I would walk away. Plenty more Oziks in the Nevada sea.
