Any thoughts on the SkyPro from the SkyCaddie folks?

I wonder if they will migrate their membership plan philosophy over to the skypro..

Birdie plan: records swings for 3-9 irons.
Eagle plan: records swings for 3-9 + wedges.
Dbl Eagle: records swings for any club in your bag.

I just met with our rep on this. It is going to be a pretty cool product. MUCH BETTER than the Swing Byte unit. It will retail at $199 and have no additional fees. Can't wait to get mine.

Does anyone know if they will have a Android version? So far the promos only mention Available for iPhones.

The response on the Skycaddie Support forum is that they are working on it but there is no time frame for when it will be available.

Do you think you would be allowed to by the device only, activate it and then map your own swing plane using a dot to dot method?

If you are going to state it is MUCH BETTER than.....
In what aspects? Give us some data, detail, comparisons etc that you are basing your statement on. Have you actually used the SkyPro? Have you used any of the others? Give us some usable information.

These guys really have it together, but no iPad 1 support lets me out. And back to the various plastic toys that are the alternative.
