No flack here. Don't like that anymore than that stupid blue line they draw on the green. Hopefully they will drop some of the crap after a while and just show the golf. Not too bad so far. Just a little gimmicky. I personally think the Win Zone is a waste of broadcast time.

 

 

LOL...between the Win Zone and the line on the green thing this is what golf coverage would be like if FOX carried golf. For the hockey fans remember the FOX puck. Blue streak for a pass...red streak for a shot. UGH! I apologize if someone else mentioned this...i didn't feel like sifting through the posts.

After today's round, Win Zone had Phily Mick with the 3rd best chance of winning (something like 18% if I remember correctly) even though he is currently tied for 51st.

 

If Lefty wins, I might give WZ some credence.

LOL...yeah for a shot it was red. For a pass it was blue. I never liked it because I always thought that a black puck on white ice was a good contrast :) . LOL...maybe it's the goalie in me. :drinks:

Best coverage last year was the tournament where Harrington beat Woods (I forget the name and cannot be bothered to look) - and by that I mean the camera angles they got in Asia were fantastic. It felt "for golfers, by golfers". Not any of the bleached teeth, "I want to be a star", drivel that we have been subjected to for years.

i agree 100%. The only good thing about it is seeing how wrong the stupid thing is. I like how during the shows where they talked about it they said it was only wrong going into the final round 2-3 times. Well this dumb thing has gotten the first 2 tourneys wrong. KILL IT!
