I recently began playing golf, the greatest game I've played.I'm glad go have found this site Thank you.

If any of you have any advice for a golfer just starting it would greatly appreciated.

Welcome. Best bit of advice, enjoy the game. No matter what your level of play, you'll ALWAYS look back on a round and think what if.

As a northerner who always thinks of retiring to the Carolinas, how is Spartanburg?

Spartanburg is nice, its grown a lot over the years may of companies have came here like Amazon, Adidas and many others. But it still has a nice small community type of feel. I think its a great place to retire

Your 1st mistake was coming to this site! Your going to become a club ho like most of us on here.

Enjoy the roller coaster ride of the game. It just take that one shot that keeps you coming back.
