Club makers near Philly PA

Anyone know any club makes in the Philly or outlying areas. I'm currently living in King of Prussia and I'm looking to have my driver reshafted. I'm not to trust worthy of golf galaxy.

Jim Yenser and the guys over at Club Champion in Bala Cynwyd. I made an appointment to use their SAM Lab before playing a GAP match down that way earlier this year and they are legit. If I lived anywhere in the vicinity nobody else would get my business.

I second Jim Yenser. He's the best for high end stuff. There are a couple others around I'd trust for mid/low end gear. PM me if you have any questions, I also live in KoP.

Izett Golf is as good as you are going to get, not just in this area but period. Check them out you will not be disappointed. Although i think you can trust GG with a simple reshaft.

Golf Galaxy in KOP did a much better job than Club Champion did for me. I had them take 2 titleist tips off a couple shafts and replace them with G25 tips. Whoever did it must have heated up the ferrule with a heat gun and then cut it off with a hook blade because there were deep scratches in both shafts when I got them back visible above the new adapters.

I had the GG reshaft a 3 wood for me and they did a great job. No complaints whatsoever.

I've had club work and fittings at Club Champion, and they've always been great. Jim used to work on a tour van himself.

GG on the other hand ruined an adapter tip once for me a while back.

Izett, Club Champion and Golf Galaxy are the three places I've had work done. GG reshafted a driver for me this summer and it turned out great. I have them do a lot of the stuff I don't feel comfortable doing myself and they are fine. I will say I would not ask them to switch an adapter for me, I'd bet on a 90% probability of the adapter coming back partially melted. Izett and CC are good options but are pricier.

GG should be able to handle a simple reshaft.

 

That being said, Club Champion and Izett's are both second to known. Anything more complex, go to them.

 

I had Izett's cut down my wedges, bring them back up to swingweight, and then put a different grind on the bottom for me on the lob wedge. Work was beyond excellent

Nope, over the past year I've had two separate sets of irons re-shafted by CC and on 3 separate occasions with 3 different clubs, the heads flew off mid swing...
