I'm aware that You sent me a WU money order, but until I find out where My putter and the Irons are & if & when they are on the way, this is not over. What steven doesn't understand is that it is his responsibility to get my clubs to me, not my responsibility to get my clubs to me. I lived up to my end of the bargin & he has yet to finish the job.

This may be old news to some, but I just got off the phone with the new detective that has been working with Stevo & He informed me that several packages (including my irons) have been confiscated from UPS & are being inspected by the police. After this inspection the clubs will be returned to steven & he will then have to ship the clubs again. Yup, you guessed it, more tracking #'s & more multitasking from The CrippleCreekPro. :drinks:

 

And for those who care, no sign of my putter.

I got screwed by this guy as well. From cameroncollector, he traded me a Rapture for a TM 460/weights/TP headcover and $40. After a bunch of excuses he said he was sending the Rapture, and when the package came, it was the TM 460 that I sent him. Called him and he said the shaft on the Rapture was broken. TOld him it sounded fishy and he said, "what do you want me to do?" What a scumbag. I am still waiting on the $40 refund.

 

This guy must have scammed over 20 people and accumulated a ton of golf stuff. This chump should be in cuffs.......or a hole in the ground!!!

Paid $250 for a set of irons. Was supposed to send him my 690.cb. He said they were sent on friday I am still waiting. He said he would provide a tracking number. Still awaiting that. Have not heard anything for a few days. Beginning to get worried. Luckily I didn't send my set as well as the $250. What is going on? How should we go about getting our money back?

Great...I've been a victim of these "mix ups". We agreed on price for R7 TP's with S300s. After a supposed delay because they were returned to him, I got a set of standard R7's (non-TP) with regular shafts. I've not heard anything since.

 

I'll PM my thread...Geez looks like I've been burned. I'm soooooo angry.

 

Update: I talked to Stephen about the clubs I purchased from him...I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. I'm cautiously optimistic that I will receive my clubs.

Hi all. I too purchase a set of irons from Stephen. I have been out of town and didn't realize the board had this link. I spoke with him today and he told me that indeed the clubs had been seized and he is in the process of getting them back and sending them to folks who had purchase them, unless, those folks had received their money back. I told Stephen I wanted the clubs and didn't want my cash at this time.

 

Finally, I told Stephen I would post a message when he had completed our transaction. I am glad many of you have resolved your various situations. I simply hope to get my clubs.

Hi Todd,, You might be bette off trying to just get your money back...I dont think anybody on here has had any success getting the clubs they paid for. Most got nothing, a couple got the wrong sets completely, Trust me Get your money back and just call it a day

Would you guys like me to banish him from the site so you can only reach him via phone? There isn't anything more I can do that hasn't been listed in this thread. I don't know why people are still trying to do paypal or USPS with him. Western Union is the fastest way to get it over with and move on. I will summarize what has been the most successful method

I don't think you should banish him until everyone is taken care of. Banning him will only give him more excuses as to why he is making shipping mistakes. I have recently spoken with the attorney general in Delaware & Stephen has several trials coming up, so soon It won't even be nessisary to ban the guy. The other thing I fear about banning him is that he could start a new account & we would not know it is him.

no one likes to see this stuff happen... GX is doing what he can and has done alot. He is not selectively resolving issues, he is doing EVERYTHING he can !

I know He is doing all He can, The problem is there are guys out there who have no idea this is going on who bought things from Him..Everyday We see more people coming out and saying that got took. This thread needs to be kept active and updated so that all can come forward. Just because someone gets paid I dont think they should just drop it until everyone gets paid..Its kind of the One for all, All for one thing....One person has not chance but when we all got together and put the heat on him He started to give money back..I think Everyone who got took should get the same help as the first guy..Thats what makes this site work so well. This guy was a Class A Scam artist who ran into the wrong group..Obviously His deeds should open up a lot of eyes as to how easy it is to get taken, This guy scammed thousands in just a few days...EVERYONE deserves the same Help..We cant let this go until all have been paid back..Then He needs to go

it's the ppl getting paid that are saying they are done with it... not GX.. the thread is left open and CCP is not banned because GX wants ALL of you to get your money back. He cant make the ppl stay involved.. ppl get so frustrated it's a relief when their portion is done with. Maybe you appeal to their senses will change things.
