I can't speak to CHIII in particular. But in many cases, tour players actually fall in love with a set of shafts (talk about the shaft being "the engine of the club!) and when they go into a new set of gamer irons, they have the old shafts pulled and installed in the new irons. It is possible (again, I have no inside info) that CHIII's DG Tour Issue X100's are a lot older than his current iron heads.

I posted this in the Jason Day WITB thread; with all of the (amazing!) WITB photos of TM SLDR's, I'd like it if you showed the little cavity at the toe-end of the slider rail so we could see which guys have ditched the little hatch cover after hot-melting...

I'm loving those mizuno irons and really wish CH3 would win another event now or later; sometimes being a lefty sucks in that I dont have the full spectrum of clubs most of you righties have. :p
