The C grind seems very popular.
These wedges sat very tight without a C grind.

The camber, small blade, and trailing edge worked really well.

What’s similarl these days in a 300g+ head?

At Play It Again Sports, some Cleveland CG12 DSG wedges (low bounce) have emerged - still have plastic wrap on the heads. See if you can track any down.

I played these back in the early 2000’s. If you’re looking for something like an updated version with a somewhat similar look, the cally MD4 and MD2 (didn’t try the 3). MD2 feels softer to me than the MD4 but doesn’t have the spin of the MD4. Hard to find that low of a bounce nowadays (I think it’s 6 or 3 ?).

I’d say those CG12 wedges aren’t the same.
The Callaway’s might be a good idea.

The 900s also had a really versatile trailing edge on the 56... kind of like Tiger’s 56 looks in the pics
