How did you find out about Fujikura Shafts?

Websites, Magazines, or ??????????
I first found out about Fujikura Shafts from Golf Forums. I had seen them in my local clubmakers shop but, they were not the high end ones. I mostly saw Vista Pros and occasionally a 757and 661. Not until I started reading about the Japanese lines and seeing them on Ebay did I become more curious. I then found Joe K. and that's when my problems really started.... :) At one time, my entilre bag was Fujikura shafts but now mostly woods and drivers. The 009 putter shaft has me real curious and I always am curious about the iron shafts. Though the cost is very $$$$$$$$$$. So, what's everyone else's story?

Over the years ( a lot of years :) ) working in this industry and talked about Fuji & other products in a lot of forums, HOW BIG IS MY INFLUENCE OR HELP FOR YOU GUYS IN MAKING DECISION W/ FUJI PRODUCTS? Hope I didn't sound bias. At least i tried and try hard not to be bias on this issue. Please let me know if i do or did!

I know Gxgolfer and a lot of them very well on how he likes fuji products, No question? LOL! ;)

Good post GX!

I was looking to buy my driver on ebay, and found one for almost $100 cheaper then the others. The guy who sold it to me said someone custom ordered one and backed out at the last minute. It had the same specs I was looking for (10.5*, full cord grip, x-flex). I didn't really know if the shaft was the right one for me but I bought it anyways, and I'm glad I did. Never been happier :idhitit:

I was on GO and they broke me down. Members were raving about the Pro95 fit on 11 and the 869 as well as the Driver shafts that were the best thing since sliced bread. I couldnt take it, I had to buy into it. Glad I did to.

I can remember going to a local guy that runs a range and has Fujikura stickers all over the window of his shop. I said I wanted 2 Fuji Pro95's for my fw metals. He said do you know how much they cost? I said yea, and order them. :idhitit:

Love that shaft!

My first experience with Fuji shafts was specifically with the 757. There was a fairly large "buzz" online and I ended up acquiring one in a 510 TP. I was blown away by the performance and have since then tried quite a few other Fuji shafts. Of course, there have been other shafts in the line-up as well over the years, but I find myself coming back to the Fuji's.

My first experience was with a friend from TM.......this was in '96 or '97. Anyways he came down to FL for some rounds and brought along some proto stuff....one was a burnt orange version of the 500 series-could've been the 300-can't remember. He gave it to me and said hit it as hard as you can. After about ten swings, I was like what is this--he said Fujikura. I couldn't hit worth a crap, but I could feel th kick in the shaft.
