how pristine do you keep yours?

Now, i try to keep my clubs fairly neat. My irons are a bit scuffed, and my driver has a few nicks on the crown. But its nothing major, i figure hey im in high school and I would like to use my clubs. Trust me, i play about 4 hours a day at a minimum and i dont get to buy new clubs whenever so i figure get use out of them while i can. Just wonderin how good of condition you keep your clubs? For me I like clean and very good looking clubs, no major blemishes, maybe a nick or two, but nothing distracting.

I keep my clubs as clean as possible. The cleaner the club, the more pure I feel I can hit the shot. I don't like having the see dirt on the club when I'm addressing the ball. It just looks weird.

yeah, definitely i clean my clubs every night, have to have em clean as possible. But if i get a nick on the crown of my driver, doesnt happen much but it inevitably will, i jus fill it in with sharpie to where its not noticeable and it doesnt bother me

I clean my clubs after every shot to keep them as clean as I can during the round then every night after a round I clean my clubs pretty extensivly.

Frankly, just a spit shine after most shots and they are good to go.

My clubs are always clean before I hit a shot. I never wipe a club off after the shot ... just clean it when it is time to hit the next shot with that club. Irons used to be in money shape, but after hitting as many balls as I do ... 7-PW faces are getting pretty beat up ... I mean I look at them clubs to perform ... and if they gotta get beat up hitting off a bad lie or something for a shot ... Im alright with it. Ive had my 660`s 2.5 years ... got them brand new ... thinking I will need a new set sometime this year.

i have them have big clumps of dirt on them, and nicks galore. maybe a giant scratch or two on the face..............NOT

but really i clean them after every round, and every shot. Dirty Clubs mean dirty shots

I have to admit I don't really clean them at all :p but when I see something on my club I always take it away. So my clubs aren't shining and everything but not very neat neither

I refinish my clubs so that they meet my eye. I'm super particular to what they look like because I am a visual learner, as well as dirty clubs hurt performance...of course with the way I've been hitting the ball, does it really matter?

I like having my clubs as clean as possible, but that doesnt happen often. I practice to often that it's almost a waste of time to even clean them because in a few hours they'll be dirty again.

If I'm playing a tournament, they're clean before I tee off, and I clean them before every shot. no dirty grooves...eeek.

yeah, they arent spotless during a round theyre just gonna get dirty, i clean out grooves after every shot though

I have always kept my clubs clean, but since I've started working at a golf course where I clean clubs for members all day long, I have become ADD about keeping my own clubs clean.

I always clean mine before a tourny, and scrape out my grooves after every shot, along with a towel down after a shot on wet days.
