I had that setup with a V2 Tour 104x. Nice. I just didn't have the confidence/accuracy that I did with my Burner. It certainly was deeper. Strong flight for sure.

Just for shizzles and gizzles. I miss those V2 tours. Used them forever and they are just sitting in my closet. Seem to go well with the PX feel in the irons.

i envy you because you have the mizzy wedges. I played my frieds t5 for a round. amazing. it doesnt feel as soft as my vokeys. but it feels very crisp which i like.

Awesome stuff man. I've hit the 650 driver too and it was pretty stinking good. Only drivers that I hit better, I now own haha. What grind/bounce do you have in your higher lofted SM4? And I also couldn't help but think how you could game a pretty sweet all-Mizuno bag if you could grab one of the old Bettinardi Mizuno putters. I got two of them and they are sick!

I think it is just the standard grind for the 60/04. Looks to be similar to a C grind, or something like that. I actually had an old Anser-style Betti/Mizuno putter. Great feel off the face, but one thing I need is some heft to my putters, and that is one thing that particular model didn't have a lot of. I really love the #7 from Odyssey, though. I made sooo many putts last season. Picked up a Tank, and stuck most of an entire roll of lead tape on the bottom. It is impossible for the stroke to go offline now.

Yeah, it is really frustrating. I found this #7, and the geometry was stable as all get out, but the weight didn't get the job done. I also putt better with a shorter putter with a huge grip, which didn't help either, so I bought a short roll of high density tape and basically killed the roll getting it onto the bottom of the head. The front edge sits a little off the ground as a result. It really looks like a bastxxx putter, but it is so easy to swing it put me into another class of putting altogether. It is the best part of my game now. I think, anyway...it has been an insufferably long winter up here.

I took the 825's out for a range session. They are stupidly good. Been playing Mp's forever, but might try to give these some bag time this summer. Very easy to hit, and the feel wasn't terrible either. This particular model looks less beefy than the 800's and 850's. Face is pretty hot, and also hot all over. Ball comes off screaming and seems to be spinning less. Kind of funny too, because everyone complains about SGI being high launch across the board, but these don't launch high at all.

The other thing is the Xp x100's. These are STABLE shafts. I was worried I would be folding them in half on the divot, but they took everything I threw at them and the flight wasn't too high at all. Good feel and feedback. Really nothing not to like about this setup. I'll be interested to see what happens once I finish putting my swing back together after 6 months of winter.

Thats the good thing about the 2 ball blade. The back end of it is hollow and open on the sides. I was able to stuff all the tape inside of it so it didn't effect it's lie.
