Knowing what the conversion is from F to C, that's not too bad. I do Do you get much protection from the maritime air like we do? What are the high temps like during summer?

The jetstream pretty much controls our weather here for the most part i think, when its above us we get nice warm southern air and when its about us we get cold arctic air. But one benefit is a lot of the time is blows nasty storms out to sea so we only get the tail end of them as they make their way up the coast

BTW - thank you for listing me in your WRX foursome in that other thread. Very kind of you to say so. Was afraid of giving my ideal outing group for fear of alienating anyone whom I've come to appreciate but you would for sure be in my group as well.

Paw is basically back to full strength, mens sim league starts back tonight, this will be my first round of the year with them. no lingering effects that I've noticed so far, I'm even full force back at work now. No more light duties

Anytime sir I'd love to play a round with you my friend, but that's also why I said I could fill a tourny easier then a foursome, there are just soo many guys I'd like to play golf with on here its not fair to only pick three

Will be back at least once or twice a year. Bringing the sticks with me in August, have to get out to Brunello. After all, the 5th or 6th tee I can see from my parents hot tub haha. Walked the course numerous times over the summer, pretty excited for it to open and to get back to play.

As soon as my clubs are reshafted, I need to find a sim league... I can rent 30 minutes of practice time for 20 bucks, but that's a little steep, IMHO...

Ya, that's a dicey thread, lol. No way to narrow it down to just a
few. I posted a non response and a humorous response and
will leave it at that. Easily a few dozen on here I would want in
my "foursome", lol.

courses up there!. We could even pretend we are in Old Scotia and

Sounds good to me, I do live in New Scotland after all, and there are definitely some nice courses up here so I here. For as small as this place is, I think we have 3 or 4 in the top 100 and 2 in the top ten I think??

What's it like there in the summer? Isn't it daylight til like 10 or 11
at night? You mentioned humidity in another post. Certainly it can't
get as humid as it does in Alabama and it can't be as cold as it gets
across the pond. Is it windy a lot? Rain a lot?

Not sure it can get much more humid being surrounded by all the Great Lakes. Humidex down here gets in the 100*s in the summer. Almost unbearable! Here we are talking heat when it is the coldest it has been all yr. here. lol

Well I embarrassed myself good tonight, nothing like posting a 92 when you finally get a chance to play with some good players lol. Oh well it was fun and the two guys I was paired with were a lot of fun to play with. I just couldn't get comfortable tonight, my my swing was all over the place. I was lucky to get out with a 92 honestly lol. Oh well, up goes the average again, it was cool bei.g in single digits for a few days at least

Thats the way it gets here too, humidex up over 100 at times. Not always but some days are like you say, almost unbearable.

There's an older gentleman who lives in the building I work at who.is also a lefty, and has a few buddies that are also lefties. So I just hooked him up with this bag of stix to go through and pass on to his buddies to go through. Hopefully someone will get some use out of them as they have just been sitting in my storage rom for quite some time now

Last night just want my night, James(the pro) put up a +8/9 I think with his SB's. I don't think anyone played all to we'll honestly, I was hitting 3/5w and long irons into greens al night. I don't do as well on longer courses just yet.
