Whistling Straits off season

I was curious if anyone has ever done a package in early to late May? I see no mention of it on the website. Also is this a good time to go play the Kohler courses? Any help you guys could provide would be great.

They had some great rates in late April through May - I believe the "April special" as they called it went until May 9th - I got out twice in early May and caught great weather. Straits was $135 I believe plus caddy fee and tip - the River was $95 plus cart - I could be wrong on the exact amounts but those are close.

The weather is hit or miss - this past year there was a lot of rain during that time and I would have hated to have caught a rainy and cold day.

The pricing is good at that time of the year (I didn't see package pricing just the daily rates) but you roll the dice with the weather. I'm in Chicago so it's easy for me to know when to go on a couple of days notice.

Spot on with prices and times. Be aware though, that time of the year is too early for the fescue grass to liven up, unlike Blackwolf Run.

not sure the fescue makes that much difference to me
