PCB Tour irons and Aerotech shafts?

Has anyone ever paired MacGregor PCB Tours with Aerotech shafts? If so what was your experience?

I have never used any Aerotech shafts in any club and for one I do not know anything about them. the only steel shafts I have ever used or installed are True Temper, Apollo and Harrison. I have used quite a few of the old Macgregor Pro-Pel shafts back in the day though

These shafts play great just get the right ones fitted to you. You will like them. Should work good in the heads.

I believe those heads are taper tip. You best get the taper tip shafts. Also, it's hard to swingweight graphite shafted irons. You might want to consider heavier shafts and/or building over length to get the swingweight up.

Thanks. It is taper tip. I am keeping the length close to what I consider is standard. I am letting the swing weight be whatever and I'll use tape if need be. So far it looks to be D-1. These are heavy heads.

Ended up D-0 with no tip weights or plugs or lead tape. Pretty much standard length. Have yet to hit it however.

I play SteelFiber i110 R flex in my Titleist 695CBs and they are really nice. Greatly cut down on my elbow issues. I think you will be happy with them.

Managed to hit it finally. Nice high trajectory and solid when I put a good swing on it. Going to try a Nippon 950GH regular next.
