Tournaments or scrambles in Denver

I'm new to Denver and coming from Texas and used to play small cash "BBQ" tournaments. I'm wondering if there's anything similar in the area, cash tournaments, weekly scrambles, etc... I don't play near as much as I used to but I used to be around scratch and would play in the championship flights. Thanks!

Not sure what "Small" means as to some of my clients it is more then I make in 3 months LOL. We used to play for pots from $550-2000+ but was all based on the number of players and "[b]who[/b]" showed up. Would cost anywhere from $50 a player to $150-200.. [i]All money paid up front of course.[/i]

If this fits there is a collective I think that still gets together on some of the Aurora courses on Friday/Saturday afternoons (1-2ish). Normally around 10-12 players. Sometimes more. Depending on the [i]sh*t talking [/i]the pot varies and more so on the players who decide to play. Most all range from Scratch?Plus up to 3-4 Hdcp.

A couple of the players now and then were local pro's... one has played in the PGA Championship a few times. [i] S[/i]o you have to paly pretty solid to stand a chance....OR as we joked be like I did and shot 75-78 by shooting 6-7 birdies and pepper it with a bunch of dbl's (or worse) going for it [i][b]=)[/b][/i]

You can call around the course's and ask off record about some small cash games.... the locals know.
