Tour Concept (Green) decal removal

I've got a set of True Temper Tour Concept Green shafts.

 

I'm thinking about having the green decals removed.

 

I was just wondering if anyone has tried this and maybe found much different in weight, flex, etc. and also how they looked afterwards.

 

Any info or pics would be much appreciated. (And maybe also how you did it).

I stripped a set of greens they end up looking like stain black golds or project x's. I felt no difference in the performace or swing weights.

How did you remove them???

 

Just peel them off or use heat somehow?

Scotch Brite pad and elbow grease..
