Drills to fix it? Losing a lot of distance

After recording my swing I noticed that my release is too early, coming outside in, and swinging just with my arms.

:bad: I can't get the video to load onto the computer either

I'm scooping under the ball and although my head is behind the ball at impact, I'm only scooping and flipping lob shots that slice weakly

I'm also swinging with my arms (my takeaway looks like its done just with my left arm) and the club is across the line at the top


Does anyone know drills to fix my swing? I'm about to go crazy :ok:

How to stop flipping

 

How to get a Flat left wrist at impact.

 

-Work on it everyday.

 

- Get a small tire and don't be satisfied until you can make it move and sound like Ben Doyle in the "tire trouble" video.

 

- Chip balls into a net making sure your left wrist was flat and did not move on to a pitch shot until you can hit a chip with a flat left wrist.

 

- Watch Confessions of a Former Flipper weekly during this period, if not a couple times a week.

 

- Work really hard on it until you can confidently say that "I am not a flipper anymore."

 

When I first started I was just like you and thought I would never be able to do it, but I did it, it's something that just requires total commitment to changing.

thanks a lot. the odd thing is, I keep my left wrist straight when I hit my "drop and stop" low wedge shots.
