Stack and Tilt VS One Plane swing

the old adage of feeling isn't doing...

Hi guys, I have what will likely be a much more complicated question than I am thinking it will be as I type...

I have tried to mirror and adopt the one plane swing concepts, and it's worked fairly well... the only issue that I can see is that from the brief snippets of information I've read on the "stack and tilt," I may be actually more closely mirroring this swing model...

My address position, hand position, and takeaway all seem to work well along the one plane model... where I seem to be getting confused is that when I'm swinging my best, making crips downward contact and getting good trajectory with the irons, and also getting great launch and ball flight with the driver and fairways, I feel as if I'm firmly keeping my weight on my forward (left) foot. Natural lefty that plays righty. I get a good shoulder turn past my chin, and feel sufficiently wound up, but don't feel like I'm "loading" into my right side... I feel a good coil, however, still using that key (for me) of trying to "anchor" my weight on that forward leg... I DO notice that my better swings come from really focusing on keeping the bicep anchored to my chest, and then turning hard through the ball...

I also seem to get my best results not when I'm necessarily swinging to the left, but releasing a bit more "towards the target line" that is the prototypical one place release...

STOP THE INSANITY! :)

Sounds good to me: Hardy has posted on his forum that Jacobsen plays his best when he feels like he reverse pivots. In "The Plane Truth", Hardy says on page 40, in the section discussing weight distribution at the top of a one-plane backswing: "Personally, I'd like to see you keep a little more than half your weight on your left foot as a protection against adding width". You seem to be on the right track!

That does make sense... a friend of mine is borrowing my Plane Truth book, so I seemed to have forgotten that key piece of information... it makes sense, as when I neglet to plant my weight on the front leg, I get rather sway-ey and end up hitting weak half-bladed sweeping push hooks... the ball flight with the weight planted is a nice tight draw...
