Dan Boever show on TGC

I received an email as partially shown below from Dan Boever, a LDA competitor and gives outstanding exhibitions at outings. I had known him and played with him often before he started competiting on long driving tour. I still remember hitting one of his earliest TaylorMade Burner drivers with 4* of loft and him outdriving me once with his putter. :tongue:

Dan Boever Exhibition to be shown on the Golf Channel

Dear Bill,

 

We are pleased to announce the Golf Channel will be showing an exhibition filmed earlier in the year at prestigious Desert Mountain in Scottsdale, AZ. More than 400 members and guests took part in the show. As you might imagine it got a little out of hand.

 

2005 has been an exciting year. It started with being invited to entertain for the Pro-Am at the amazing Mercedes Championships in January at Kapalua. July brought a big screen debut as we traveled to Florida to film a part in the April 2006 movie "Hoot". October saw my 10th consecutive trip to the RE/MAX World Long Drive Championship. 80 exhibitions in 25 different states with lot's of glorious time in airport terminals.

 

To all of you who have become friends along the way I want to say thank you and I appreciate you.

Great guy......I met and witnessed one of his clinics @ a charity event here.......great clinic.......the guy can absolutely KILL it off of a 12" - 3' tee.......baseball player using his home run swing!
