They are instructions on how you need to fill in your score card! Call them consequences if you prefer, that is unrelated to the issue I have sought repeatedly to explain. So for the last time:

I can only repeat, read that paragraph carefully - the two lines that finish with "after being dropped in a wrong way". Those bolded words (in fact the whole para and its attendant instructions/consequences) cover the three alternative mechanisms for dropping in a wrong way - wrong person, not following the correct technique, and dropping outside the RA; they are not limited to dropping outside the RA - this is simply a formatting screw up. Who cares or has noticed? Apparently only me, barking at the moon again.

But isn't that said in the 2nd paragraph? '... one or more of these three requirements...'

I find the entire chapter extremely logical but maybe it is just me.

Quite right, now I've checked my own book, that is where I've marked the indent correction. 14.3b(3) is only the three lines. The rest before 14.3c is part of 14.3b, not 14.3b(1), (2) or (3). I haven't observed this issue in the other prominent places I have looked at, for example 14.2d gets it precisely correct.

I agree overall the chapter is very well laid out and readable, particularly given the dramatic change these procedures brought to what went before.

I previously provided you with the SPECIFIC PLACE in the rule book Which states that placing instead of dropping was considered a wrong place 14.7.(message 25)

My reply was in direct response to your statement quoted above in Message 15. Of which the highlighted words were clearly wrong.

The many references that you have now supplied do not mention placing versus dropping at all and accordingly do not qualify as the correct response to my request.

I guess what @antip has tried to say is about the presentation of the rules book, with absolutely nothing to do with the rules itself.

See pix below the current presentation of page #116. The content within the red line should have been positioned/moved one level left-ward.

The correct presentation should be something like below:
