Powakaddy CT6

Hi all, first post so be kind

Currently carrying my clubs in a Ping Hoofer stand bag, love the bag, but as I am adding more and more clubs to my collection, its getting a bit heavy! Im looking at investing in an electric trolley and want some opinions please. My dad has the Motocaddy M3 Pro (2017 I believe), but I have just noticed the new Powakaddy CT6 have been released. Like the fact they fold up smaller and there seem to be some good deals on them!

Has anyone seen one, or used one and got any reviews?

Never had a Powacaddy. But, I do have a remote electric cart. The ct6 it's not remote controlled. At the ct6 price point you could get a really nice remote cart. They'd work either way. As a remote or like the ct6 from the handle.

I6f look into a remote controlled cart before deciding on a cart that only controls from the handle for that price. The only difference is they would not fold that small.

If you already have a push cart you may want to take a look at the Alphard eWheels - version 2 crowdfunding was just completed and the new one will be rolling out shortly (hopefully, given delays due to COVID-19). There's a thread in this forum.

I have an older model Lectronickaddy. Absolutely the only way to play golf. I bought it used for $300. I've had it for 3 years and replaced the battery and the motherboard.

I've been looking at the Caddytrek Follow cart for $1400. I'll probably go that route if mine ever dies. The Stewart Follow is state of the art and comes at a hefty $2500. Some of the guys at the course have the Bat Caddy. It comes in around $900 or so.

Remote carts are awesome. The first few times it seems like it's distracting but after 3 to 5 rounds you don't even think about it. It's nice walking the course empty handed.
