Amino Vital

As its now getting to cold to hold a club and my course has gone into frost mode, im trying to make sure i have everything setup for next season and i have a few questions about amino vital

 

1.Which one do you use, i cant decide between mix and shake, endurance mix and shake and the pro version

 

2. Are they all in packets that you rip open and pour? or are they kinda like gatorade canisters and just the powder

I use the pills. They are easier than the powder, IMO.

It doesn't say fast charge on the bottle, but that's what it appears to be. I got them at the beginning of the season, so perhaps they changed the labeling.

the mix and shake, are packets, just rip'em opens, and pour into a bottle of water, the large canister, you use a scooper, and just pour it into a bottle. But the one where you put it on your tongue is horrible, it tastes like S***, you can go to a GNC store and buy the bottles with amino vital already in it, you just drink it.

I tried the pills for a bit but I got nothing from them because my body did not absorb enough to be effective therefore did not sustain long enough to be a good product that I would continue using, I then went to the powder and it was much more effective because I absorbed more of it but it still fell well short of my expectation and it is not just a "PLACEBO" effect. I expected more than a 3 - 4 hours life span. Then I found Mona Vie and since I moved to it nothing came close to giving me the energy MV did. I liked AV but compared to MV it was litterally non existent in benefit and a world of difference in product and provision.

AV is a good product but for me, Mona Vie is the be all end all.

This is my opinion.
