Hogan experts needed serial # edge gs

Hi,

I recently picked up a set of Hogan Edge GS at a local shop...let's just say I paid under $50. They are in excellent condition (see photo's). My question is in regards to the serial #. Does anyone have information about identifying what the number tells us?

btw...these feel great when struck...any issues with gaming them occasionally?

No, you have posted it in the right place, the problem is very few people know how to decode Hogan serial numbers. I am James the Hogan Fan and I have no idea. There are maybe 2-5 people on this site that might know, and I haven't seen them in awhile. I do know that trying to ask the modern Hogan company is a waste of time; I have tried and they know nothing.

edit again: based on researching that thread and its references, it is possible that GB - February of '93, although I do not know if that club was offered at that time

I have a hogan edge gs 1 iron that would look great with that set. It is head only though with no paint fill.
