Downhill speed, 6-7 on putting overall.

Quick tip on downhill speed - in your mind before making the putt, try to think to have the ball stop at the edge of the hole.  This will help you to still make a full stroke while working on speed control.  Keep up the great work!

Practice 4-5 foot putts in length but make sure you have a "line" at your starting point so that you know where your are aiming.  Make sure the "'line" is set up to be aimed correctly on a straight putt.  Mark the "line" with a tee in the grass or some type of reference point so that when you place your putter head down on the ground you know for sure that the putter is lined up correctly to the hole.  Once you see the ball start to roll in the cup your confidence will get better and better and so will your stroke.  Here is an example - click HERE.

This is something that you can practice in your office or home (even while watching golf).  If you have a wooden floor use the lines in the wood or on a carpet and place a cup or target at then end of a 10-12 foot putt.  Practice setting up to the ball and aiming down the line to your target.  Do this for about 4-5 times during a commercial or while on a conference call at work.  Take a break and come back after 15-20 minutes.  You are training your body and eyes to look down the line and trust your aim.  SeeMore gives you the added benefit with the white lines and hiding the red dot as an indicator that you are setting up and aiming the same way every time.  Thanks for the post - if you need more info feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] or call 615-435-8015.

I can read the heck out of the terrain, breaks, and everything.  I'm about 90% accurate left to right.  What really buggers my bogeys is distance control - I consistently 2-putt because I have a tough time getting all the way to the hole.  Overall, I'd rate myself 6/10
