For you guys who have progressive swingweighting in your irons, what are your numbers (not worried about club length)?

 

Also, what's your driver swingspeed and your transition type - hard loader, smooth, super slow?

Driver SW is D6, 3 wood is D3, interchange my hybrid and driving iron, but both D3, 4-6 iron D3, 7 and 8 D3.5, 9 and PW D4, 51 D5, 55 and 59 E0. Driver swing speed between 115 and 120. Decent loader of the shaft.

Driver D4.5, SS 112-116, hard loader.  3 metal D5, 3-6 iron D4.5, 7-GW D5, SW & LW D5.5

I have a deliberate tempo but still put a heavy load on the shaft due to a very late release. I tend to prefer a heavy total weight (~475g 7 iron) with a swing weight slightly lower than many on here, especially amongst the big hitters, seem to prefer.

 

Driver - D1

3 Wood - D1.5

Hybrid/driving iron - D2

3-8 iron - D 2.5

9-PW - D 3.5

SW/LW - D 4.5

 

As a side note, I build all my clubs to swing weight spec with a standard tour velvet cut to slide on and off w/ lead tape to match the tape I use to build up. I actually use Lamkin midsize crossline cords with the taper reduced through an extra wrap on the bottom half. If you took one of my irons and slapped in on a scale it would probably read from C9.5-D0.5

Driver and 3W: ~D3-D4

3I-9I: D2

PW/GW: D3

 SW/LW: D4

 

The weights were dialed in with lead tape and experimentation so there is some variance.  I play quite heavy midsize grips so the scale usually reports 2-3 points higher with a standard grip.  I also have KBS Tours in my irons and wedges which causes the scale to be another few points lighter than usual due to the high balance point of the shaft.

 

I have a moderate tempo that borders on a little quick at times, but a long swing and smooth transition keep me from feeling like I load it a ton. Driver SS is 105-110.

Since I recently got fitted and clubs built I actually know what my specs now..lol

 

Driver swing speed is 104-105 on track man.  Aggressive transition I would say.  Part of my problem with my swing.

 

Driver - D6

Fairways - D7

Hybrids - D6

irons/wedges - no idea currently, but they are high D's and maybe low E's as I have a ultra light jumbo max grip on em with a crap tone of lead tape

 

No idea why Club champion had my swing weight for hybrids lower then my swing weight for fairways.
