Good mid-mallet putter covers

Howzit,

 

I just got my hands on one of the new Ping PLD Prime Tynes and am considering replacing the cover. The PLD is smaller than the stock Tynes, so I wonder if anyone has any recs for nice, magnet, mid mallet covers. I was thinking Seamus, but they don't have any pics on their site of the mid mallets.

Anyone use a good one that they would recommend?

Smaller mallets can almost fit in the blade covers. I lost my Toulon Atlanta cover and have been just using a Scotty blade cover I had laying around till I can find a new one. It does bother me having mismatched cover!!

If looking for otr, then maybe look into Seamus, Rose & Fire and maybe Craftsman Golf.  If you want custom, it doesn’t get much better than Delilah.

Timely thread, I was just looking at getting a Seamus mallet head cover for my Scotty GoLo to match the set I got for my woods and hybrids. Does anyone have a picture of what the mallet cover looks like? I didn't see any on the site.

I had Rose & Fire build me a custom headcover to fit a GoLo Mid Mallet center shaft a few years ago. I'm pleased with the product.

It’s crazy—there seem to be no pics of this on the site or anywhere on the internet.

I have a Seamus set on the way, should be shipping this week, and I’m considering grabbing a blade and mid mallet cover also. 
 

I have Rose and Fire wood covers and they’re great as well. Very good quality.

I just emailed them to ask for a picture, so if they send me one I'll post it. It seems like they have a couple covers on the web site that are for mid-mallets, and they just look like a  slightly wider version of the blade cover.

There was a thread about this a few weeks ago in the bags/carts/headcovers section:

I had delilah make me one for my spider fcg.  You put in your putter dimensions and shape and she makes to order.

Paul from Seamus sent me these, looks like the mid-mallet has the same shape and is just an inch wider. I know what will be first on my Christmas list this year!

I haven’t pulled the trigger on any putter covers yet, but I did receive my wood covers and they’re fantastic. 
 

As far as the putter covers go I’ll probably end up getting Scotty covers.
