I’m looking to take a trip to Cabo with my wife and another couple summer of 2021.

we are looking for an all inclusive place that the husbands can golf in the morning and wives can sit on the beach all day.

are there any resorts that have a golf course on site that are all inclusive?

Pueblo Bonito. Course is Quivira. Not cheap to golf, but the course is epic. I encourage you to bring the wives along as riders for at least 1 round. Free food and drink at comfort stations around the course and the views are spectacular. If you stay at their Pacifica hotel, it's adults only. There is also the Hard Rock "next door" which gives you access to Diamante Dunes and Tiger's El Cardonal, both great tracks, but access to the course in the mornings is reserved for members last I checked. These resorts have beaches that are non-swimmable due to rip tides though. Cabo Del Sol has a number of resort options, but I understand that the ocean course is going private, so don't know what the limitations are there.

I’m sure this is going to offend the previous poster so I apologize for that but Quivira is a mess of a golf course with a few holes with cool views. It is borderline unplayable on windy days as well. Not in the top 20 courses in Cabo. Also, nearly every course in Cabo has comfort stations. I would suggest that you might be slightly better off on the Sea of Cortez side with the Montage/Twin Dolphin combo but there’s plenty of other options as well.

Oh and the Hard Rock might be able to get someone access to El Cardonal but it is not part of Diamante. Nobu is much more likely if you want access to El Cardonal or especially Dunes. Diamante is no longer including Dunes access to time share owners at this point.

That said, there are a ton of nice places in Cabo. If you want the Pacific side I’d suggest trying to check out Rancho San Lucas instead of Quivira

Not offended - at least it got a discussion going...I really enjoyed Quivira, but to each their own. I have not played a ton of courses in Cabo. I mentioned Hard Rock because it is all-inclusive which is not an option at Nobu last time I checked. Rancho San Lucas was not open when I last went.

Fair and I probably phrased that poorly anyway. I completely understand how people would like Quivira but it can definitely get out of control. Even Rancho San Lucas’s 14th hole was unplayable when we were down there recently. It was like you were being sandblasted.

As for Hard Rock my understanding is that they have no way to help with Diamante. Technically that is true for Nobu as well but I’ve heard that they worked with some time share owners to “obtain” tee times even though it is against the rules. One of my former business partners works at Diamante and he tells me that neither of them have legit access and that it might pass now because visitors have been far less but it is not ever going to be formally allowed.

I used to spend a lot of time down there (less the last few years) and prefer the Sea of Cortez side near San Jose but nothing wrong with either side. Rancho San Lucas should have a resort now.

There was one guy here that was a member at Diamante for sure but it looks like his ID is no longer active.
