Ive owned around 15 sets of MB2’s. 5-6 of those were the 7 plug version.  “Tour version” are simply stamped with a “C” or 2dot regardless of the finish or amount of weight plugs in the heads. 
7 plug MB2’s are not tour issue unless stamped. In fact if you go and look at all the bags of who played MB2’s they all played 5 plug versions. 
7 plug was simply for swing weight changes so the players would not add so much weight tape to the backing that Tv would not be able to see what the heads where. 
7 plugs are the exact same heads, same exact offset, same size, everything except the weight of the head.
