- No idea why people call this putter ugly or distracting. Its quite distractive and the circle and the T are ok alignment tools. The new putters that have a black finish will probably be better, though. I guess I can see how the circle alignment and rest of the putter sort of blend in, but, still, the putter looks good. Its all you old-fasionshed people who cant like anything other than a $500 scotty blade.

 

- Very nice for short puts. Even though its not a full mallet, it does deliver confidence for the knee-breakers.

 

- Blue chip is very soft.

 

- Insert is not quite as consistent as it should be.

 

- distance control is kind of iffy.

Most will not like the way the ball comes off the face on this one, very inconsistent. Very difficult to judge putts over 20 ft. The stock translucent grip annoyed me as any sort of dirt would stick to it. I did like the weighting of the putterhead as it was a great balance between a mallet and a blade. I played with it for one summer then gave it to my cousin. Not bad, but there are definitely better out there.

I own this putter in the black style, I love it, i usually tend to over shoot my putts but since i bought this one, it does not happen that often, also the circle in the back makes a good guide point

I just bought this putter from the bargain bin.  It is face balanced.  

Usually weight is added to the toe and heel of putters to aid in mishits.  This has most of the mass in the middle and ‘well’ behind the face.  Was this to get it face balanced or are there other reasons to put the weight this far back 🤓?  They say it’s to prevent skidding which sounds like mumbo jumbo to me.
