Birthday Cigar Recommendations

I'm turning 40 at the end of the month and I want a good smoke, I've already have the wine and bourbon selected now it's what do I enjoy with them.  I am looking at Davidoffs but not sold on them.  I don't have a preference when it comes to my cigars, mild to medium but has far as brand, no clear cut favorite.  Every week on the course or around the fire pit at home it tends to be something different every time.  Appreciate the ideas guys.

Funny you say that.. I just won a bid on cigarbid.com for a Liga Privada No. 9 Flying Pig (perfecto).  A coworker suggested a Liga too, little pricey but I think I deserve it. haha.

Liga is fantastic but a bit more bold. Hopefully you’re ok with that?

Another great option would be the My Father 1922 Le Bijou.   

 

Like the Liga, it's a full-flavored cigar but I find it to have a little less spice and some sweeter notes.  

 

The 1922 Le Bijou is probably my favorite cigar with the Liga Privada #9 being a close second.  Can't go wrong with either.

I've been told My Father cigars are great as well.  My local cigar shop doesn't have a very large varying selection, they tend to stick with the locals favorites so I try and order online.  Ordering something I've never had before and especially if I have to order in packs of 5 or whatever always makes me nervous, don't want to get something and not like it.  I'll have to search around and find singles of this and give it a smoke.  Thanks for the recommendation.
