has anyone had any experience with these guys????...... i placed an order 2 weeks ago and have had no correspondence since.... the order suggests its 'unfulfilled'. Getting a little anxious i will never see my order... sent hem numerous messages and no reply

Never heard of them so I checked out their website... first, I will *never* purchase anything from a website that has pop ups showing that so-and-so from wherever recently bought such-and-such.  Combined with their "quantity remaining" and "number sold" on the product page, it just feels like an infomercial or something you'd find on QVC.  Second, they're trying so hard to convince us their products are somehow unique so we'll pay $85 for a set of paint pens when I can get 10 different colors made by Sharpie from home depot for $26. 

 

Maybe be thankful they haven't filled your order so you can cancel it and shop elsewhere?

live chat doesn't work and i live in sweden ..... so calling is not a great option unfortunately. I've emailed and used the message service within the website... no reply.

I actually have used this company a while ago.  They popped up on my instagram while my state was in lockdown (I got real into stamping and filling out of boredom) and were running a deal: buy a paint fill pen and they would send two stamps of your choosing.  The stamps themselves were okay, not real high quality as you would expect and I didnt care for the paint pen.  All that to say that it wasnt a scam, at least not 3 years ago.
