Enclosure size options / 10" offset pros and cons

[PLEASE DISREGARD/SKIP THESE QUESTIONS. A SOLUTION HAS BEEN FOUND.]

With seemingly valid pros and cons for each option, I am having difficulty committing to an enclosure size. Any opinions are greatly appreciated.

The space is inside my garage and will be for right-handed players only. There is a wall (with a window) to the right and a car to the left. The overhead door on the simulator side has been permanently closed and the overhead tracks and operator removed. The photo shows a framed PVC mock-up that is approximately 9.75' x 10' x 10'. It has been helpful in confirming the 7' swing radius being sufficient. A 12' wide Carl's Place enclosure would actually extend another 28" towards the right wall/window.

Ceiling height:   9’ 11”

Depth:  17’ 6”+

Width:   12’ 7”*

*The maximum width that an enclosure has to play with is 12’ 7”. Minus Carl’s Place recommended 3” of buffer on the right wall, it is 12’ 4”.

I would love the darkness (the garage has significant ambient light) and “shank-proof / sky-proof” benefits of a 10’-deep enclosure. However, that comes with a cost of a 10” offset to the right.

1) Any thoughts on how big of a negative a 10” offset to the right would be in a 9' x 12' x 10' right-hand-only enclosure (114" H x 148.4 W x 120" D true overall dimensions per Carl's Place website)? The ~114" height is easily enough for my driver swing, regardless of the depth of the enclosure.

2) Is there an obvious best-size choice that you see in these three options? All show a 7' swing radius and a 10' distance from the screen. 7' is enough for me to comfortably swing driver inside the 9' x 12' x 10' with a 10" offset. The concern with the less deep enclosures, aside from ambient light, is mishit damage. The remaining garage door overhead track makes curtain placement near the car challenging. A net extended from the end of the shorter enclosures will be hit in a driver follow through.

Thanks for taking the time to look it over.

I assumed moving the car was a  moot point due to the overhead tracks for that side of the garage being in the way. But the question (thank you!) has prodded me into reexamining that orientation. It may indeed work with the car removed during play. At least it seems to in the rendering.

I've moved the ball-to-screen up to 9' in order to keep the hitting mat out of the walking path adjacent to the car. Possibly I can reclaim those 12" by having the screen 12" from the back wall rather than the 24" shown in the renderings.

Are there any glaring issues with this configuration?
