What range finder for glasses wearers?

Hey guys.  I’ve had a Leupold GX-i for about 10 years which is on its way out.  I purchased a Leupold GX-2c to replace it and I cannot see the entire field of view through the eyepiece because of my glasses.  When I take my glasses off and put my eye right up against the eyepiece, no issues.  But I guess it’s the distance between my glasses and my eye that is making it so that I’m too far away from the aperture , if that makes sense. 
 

I never had any issues with my original GX-i.  As I recall, the rubber eyepiece could be folded over to make it shorter which really helped with glasses.  Unfortunately, the GX-2c doesn’t have that feature.  
 

So my question is what rangefinders are most friendly for glasses wearers?

I wear glasses and use a Bushnell rangefinder. I’ve never thought about the issue you described so I guess it’s not a problem with Bushnell.

Which Bushnell do you have?

I don't wear glasses (well actually I do but I wear contact lenses when playing golf), but I know that Bushnell rangefinders don't have that rubber eye piece you're talking about.

 

Most retail golf stores sell Bushnell products so it should be pretty easy for you to go in and try one to see if it works for you.

Mine is several years old. I think it’s the Tour V3 Shift. The new equivalent is the Tour V5 Shift.  It locks on to pins quick and vibrates when it does. Also has slope which is handy for everyday playing and can be disabled when necessary.

I got a couple of coke bottles on my face and the Nikon Coolshot Pro II works great for me.

I had an old Bushnell and wear glasses. I had no problems. I purchased a new Bushnell V5 shift and have problems. If I hold the range finder about a 1/4" away from my eye I can see all of the view finder.  If I hold the V5 up to my glasses, I see round circle and do not get the full view.

 

Is there a fold out for the eye piece like on many binoculars?

Another rec for Nikon Coolshot II for glasses wearers. Once you get it, you get it. The Garmin z82 was also fine for me when I demo’d it for an extended period.
