Graphics card advice

Upgrading to a 4K projector to use with gc3 and gspro (and maybe FSX play if they ever fully develop it) - I’m not a hardcore tech guy so looking for advice on the best bang-for-buck graphics card. I’m going to buy a pre-built system from a big box store or online retailer and have found systems ranging from $1200-ish with the 3060 up to just under $2k with the 4070. Any advice on which meets my needs with a bit of future-proofing greatly appreciated - 3060, 3060ti, 3070 , 3070ti, 4070 or 4070ti?

Is there anything else I should keep my eye on when looking for the right specs? Thanks for any advice.

I have a GC3 with both FSX2020 and FSX Play. Gaming laptop with 3070, i7, 16 ram and can run both fine. But as you mention, requirements for the future will only go up.

Similar setup for my Foresight software. Same advice. Buy as much muscle as you can afford, and keep it for many years.

Are GSPro and FSX Play compatible with DLSS? I have a Skytrak with TGC 2019 running on a 3080 and a 5800x, and they run well on max settings.

AMD GPUs are not that far off of Nvidia in terms of power (and they have some benefits if paired with an AMD CPU https://www.makeuseof.com/what-is-amd-advantage/). If your sim software doesn't off DLSS, I wouldn't discount the Radeon GPUs
