Best way of keeping spine angle - drill

I am new here - looking for some good feedback 🙂

Just wondering what drills/aid/tools is best for keeping the spine angle. My issue is I can do all the stuff great with taking golf posture, putting a golf club across the chest, and turn forth and back perfect, where my left shoulder goes down and my right shoulder up.. But when I actually have to hit the ball, everything is gone. Don´t know what options there is - it is of course easy to say "just keep the same feeling", but I can say that 1000 times to my self, I still raise a lot in my swing, and actually my head goes down and forward, so I restrict to keep my spine turn correctly

Your club head is out of position is one part of it.  May be the only part, but you won’t get any advice that will help you without seeing the why.

 

You can’t just “maintain your posture” or you’d hit it worse in the current state.

Lean/tilt to the left (the physical left of your body not towards the target per se) on the backswing and even more to the right on the downswing, while allowing the body to turn.

 

The swing is a combination of vertical rotation around a horizontal axis and horizontal rotation around a vertical axis.  The first is the hard part for mot people, who just want to do the latter.  You do it while leaning/tilting as described while also moving your hips to the right and left (your physical right and left).  The leaning/tilting and swaying/thrusting in the opposite direction are in fact the same motion if you keep your head fairly still.  The turning comes naturally I suppose from being bent over.

 

And lean/tilt a lot, probably more than you think necessary, maybe as much as you possibly can.

Years ago when I was having this issue, I discovered I was bending too much at the waist. I was fine for about 12holes, but the fatigue would set in late and things would go south. Once I raised up to the proper angle (which felt WAY too upright at first), the fatigue issue was gone almost immediately. It still sneaks in sometimes when I start reaching a bit in an effort to go hard at it in scrambles and such.

A lot of folks would likely hit it way worse if they "stayed in posture". 

 

Just depends on the players imo like for example, i have a tendency to come out of my posture because ill get the weight too much in my heels in transition so ill fix it by hitting some balls off of a 2x4 or a half foam roller.
