Odyssey PT Custom Japan Putter

Wondering if anyone can shed some light on this odd ball I picked up. I think PT Customs are typically the tour van models but I think this is a custom Japanese model based on the labeling. I also can find no other example of this or reference to this model anywhere. I love picking up unique putters but I often have no idea what I’m getting.

I believe it is a Japanese release that was likely from the tour truck.  I have seen standard ones that are not rare, and others that are one-offs.  Nice find!
